BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

NEW GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO SECURE APPOINTMENTS. 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS. A SERVICE CHARGE OF 50% FOR BOOKED SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE.

CONSULTATIONS AND DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR SOME OF OUR SERVICES. PLEASE ASK IF IN DOUBT. COLOUR PRICING WILL VARY DEPENDING ON LENGTH OF HAIR, COLOUR USED AND TIME REQUIRED.
